The eligibility for pursuing P hd is 55% marks in masters degree course. U are not elegible for the P hd. complete ur masters degree and then u should try to do p hd in India as the cost of study in abroad is very expensive. There are certain good colleges in India which provide better education and placements to the students are:-
    1. Lovely Professional University
    2.Sikkim University
    3. Manav Bharti University
  • You can not do ph.d after graduation, you need to do post graduation. I recommend you to do ph.d in india as its easier than abroad. go for post doctorate in abroad.
Yes many institutes provide Stipend in ph.d.
You can go for Lovely Professional University, Kurukshetra university, Anna University, Jadavpur university.
