    Mass communication is all about reaching a mass audience through a particular media like, TV,PRINT MEDIA, etc. In other words if you talk about journalism, broadcast journaslism, print media journalisms are different. Crime reporting journalism are different. Advertising is another media where through ad films you cna reach mass coominuity. You ahve to decide exactly what role you wanted to play in mass communication and plan a course accordingly.

    As for salary I would like to say that initially the salary wont be that much but would surely increase with your experience, skills, knowledge and creativity.

    Hi Aradhna, however u hv been told about everything about Media industry but would suggest you dat u can also consider Event Management & Public Relations. It is quite a prevalent course nowerdays which not only offer great opportunities but good start in terms of salary.
