Dear abhishek
As per your mentioned interest and passion I would recommend you Journalism and mass communication under that you can do your project in travelling and photography for your further education or career. Even you can join the media houses as a travel blogger or get into travel shows or you can work as a freelance photographer.
You can also pursue cooking and can use it in food show like Vinod Dua did in NDTV India show.
According to me, this course will give you more exposure and opportunities in term of growth and projects.
All the best! -

Hello!
I appreciate your interest, as your passion comes around. travelling is based on your passion not based on the study. so,I kindly prefer you that ''tourism and travel management and mass communication or visual communication can enhance your own interests to a better future. but don't gather so many things while you choose your stream of study and don't get confused. be clear and focused.
all the best for you future -

AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.
Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.
The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.
Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
