I want to drop out from B.Tech after 1st year only, Will I be able to get my documents without paying 4 year fees?

I want to pursue something related to humanities or arts. Although, I am a science student and got 89.4% in class 12th.

Hello Tabish, The past records are not very encouraging. Private colleges just do not give certificate so that you are stuck. But if you are determined then you can succeed. Another googly method was employed by a student. He lodged police complaint & based on this got all duplicate certificates.
