I want to enroll into IIM's executive program part time in sales and marketing. What should I do?

Process for legacy IIMs is different.
You need to sit for a written test followed by PIs, GDs, etc.
A lot depends on the industry you are working in so decide accordingly. You will get more information on IIM websites.
