Hi Anushka,
The modified last date for applying was 6th May. That is why you did not find the option.

Dear Anushka, you are not getting any option because last date of Form submission is over. Previously it was 4th May' 2019 but IP University extended the last date to fill the application form of CET 2019 BJMC from April 22 to May 6.
