Hi Rajender, By development if you meant software programming, in that case I would advise you to pursue a degree like B.Tech/ B.E in IT, BCA degree is a good option for the non-svience students. Kindly provide information related to your interest and also your current qualification. Please revert

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details.
