i want to find out maritime institute which gives sponsorship in marine courses like gp rating, saloon rating, or any course which help me

i want to join mearchant navy, but i dint have money to join the gp rating or other course...i need some help from the maritime intitute...so do you such type of institute which is help me??...i am a needy student..plz rply on bhaveshmhatre88@yahoo.com thank you
