I want to get admission for automotive designing.i passed intermediate at 2013 by 87% marks.which college is suitable for me

I have passed 12th with 87% at 2013 then i have prepaired for iit jee but i can not crack exam but at this time i want to become a automotive designer by B.des and i want to take admission in NID or UPES so which way i prepaired for these exams and what is the approximate cuttoff marks of colleges.
