i want to get admission in MCA but i have 1 baclog in 2nd year which will be clear by oct.am i able to get admission in MCA this year

my 1st and 3rd year is clear ,i have only one baclog in 2nd year which will be clear by oct.i dont want to waste my year,i want to get admissin this year.is there any procedure for me
