i want to get admission in phd (hr) .i have heard about net /gate exam, when will thr exams begin and whn can i get forms?

i want to do regular PhD (hr) from Delhi NCR. i m in my final sem. and want to join phd ASAP , without wasting time. so plz gv me ur guidance.
