If some seats are left after the 1st counselling round then you will get admission in PIMR.

For MBA in Financial Administration admission is through online off campus counselling based on the marks obtained in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by DTE, MP.
For those who have not taken CMAT exam, they can apply on the basis of Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks (Aggregate), but CMAT candidate will be given preference.
