I want to get admission with loan for B.Tech CSE on the basis of 12th. Which college would be best for me?

I have done diploma but I have a backlog in my last semester. I have also given CUET exam.

If you want to take admission on the basis of your class 12th marks so you should go for Thapar university or JIIT Noida. If you have percentage above 95 so you can confirm get admission into above colleges.
