I want to get into any BITS through BITSAT but I won't be able to score well to get computer science branch. Should I go for a dual degree?

    Hi Mehul,
    It seems that you are skeptical about your performance in BITSAT this year. However, I would suggest you keep your hopes high.
    And, to answer your query, you can also go for the dual degree at BITS. Here, you have to score well in your first semester and keep your CGPA above 8.0 in order to switch to BE in CSE.

    Hello Mehul, hope for the best first of all.
    Don't think about branches right now focus on test and prepare well.
    So assuming after you get your BITSAT score you are unable to get CSE, in that case you can opt for dual degree and work hard in first semester score CGPA above 8.5 and you get a chance of getting CSE in that case after 1st semester.

    Hello Mehul,
    BITSAT is quite tricky examination you need to be agile in solving problems to crack it, however if you don't get CSE at any of the campuses then you may opt for dual degree programs, all the branches at BITS, Pilani is very good and provide a lot of exposure.

The official date for the BITSAT direct admission registration will be announced soon. Board toppers who meet the basic eligibility criteria can register for the direct admissions. No BITSAT score will be needed by the board toppers to secure a seat in the BITS campuses.
