I want to get seat in M.Tech. How can I apply.

For seat in M.Tech, either you need to write state level competitive exams or take GATE exam at all India Level. Based on the rankings, you'll be getting seats in respective colleges.

For getting admission in M.Tech, you need to appear for GATE to get admission in top Engineering colleges like IITs. If you want to get admission in Private Institutes, each institute has their own entrance test which you need to clear and then get admission in respective Institute.
