I want to give CSAT and B.COM(H) final exam in the same year or just after my graduation.

I am doing B.com(h) regular from D.U . and i want to give CSAT when i will be in my final year (may-june). So please suggest me something so that my 1 year does not gets wasted in preparing for IAS.
