-You may pursue advance courses
OR
-You may start working

If you wish to study, then, you may opt for advance courses such as :
-Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
-Master of Engineering in Tool Design

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MS etc)
So, you need to first decide in which field you wish to further make your career i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related
