I want to go abroad for a Ph.D in chemistry. What exam should I crack that would also provide me with a fellowship?

    First of all, you have to give English language proficiency tests like TOEFL, GRE, etc. Then, you have to search for different scholarships offered by major universities in chemistry. Then you have to apply to them. In short there is no such short method to success. There is no such general exam that can provide you scholarships.
