First of all, you have to give English language proficiency tests like TOEFL, GRE, etc. Then, you have to search for different scholarships offered by major universities in chemistry. Then you have to apply to them. In short there is no such short method to success. There is no such general exam tha

No. CSIR jrf will help you secure a post in teaching chemistry at colleges. But it is not necessary for studying chemistry abroad.
