I want to go abroad for Masters in University of Southern California. Which exam is good either IELTS or GRE?

GRE and IELTS serve different purposes. IELTS (and TOEFL) is required to demonstrate English proficiency. GRE is a standardized test which is required if you are applying for admission to reputable universities like USC. So, you need to take GRE and anyone of TOEFL and IELTS.
