I want to go for manager post. I've completed my graduation and travel tourism management of 3 years. What should I do?

Getting directly a managerial post without any work experience is really difficult. You can apply in the travel agencies/hotels for entry level or executive level position and after that if your performance is outstanding, the Organization might consider you for managerial position.
