I want to go for MBA through distance education. which is the good University for distance education in MBA in India? Whether I can also think for sikkim Manipal University other than the university being suggested by you.

Altough, you can apply to Sikkim Manipal University but, I would suggest you to explore all the other Options as well before erolling for SMU. The Universities You may consider for MBA through Distance Education are:
IGNOU
Annamalai University
Alagappa University
Bangalore University
