I want to go for MBBS but didn't get enough marks to get admission in a government college. What to do?

According to your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities.
For this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open category.
