I want to go for MCA Distance, LPU Distance Education or IGNOU, which is best in all aspects??

I am a regular commerce graduate, but my field of interest is computer applications. I want to go for distance MCA course to gain knowledge and degree in this field. Please tell me which is better, LPU Distance Education or IGNOU in all aspects like advancement of courses, value of degree etc.
