Advisable would be that you should opt for a programme keeping in mind your work experience. In case you have a good amount of work experience i.e. around 5-8 years then you should opt for an EMBA programme reason being Executive MBA programme is for those working professionals who are looking for designation jump within their current organization, where as MBA or PGDBA programme is mainly for fresher or people with 2-3 years of work experience.
