Dear Shahbaz, you should seek this information after 2 years as many things likesubjects offered, fee structure and VISA regulations keep changing with time. For your M.Sc. if you choose some specializations like nano technology, bio technology etc, instead of Physics, chemistry, Maths; it will be better because, specialized subjects will help you find a good Ph.D. course at Germany.
