BA LLB is a good option as you would be getting a professional degree and it will help you with the preparation of IAS exam.

You can't do BA & LL.B together with any university. LLB is regular course if you want to do BA also then go with distance education for BA.

u can do Ba(major) psychology at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh or prepare for TISS to get more information because it will help you in your mains exam of UPSC.
