i want to go in banking sector,so for that what should i do after b.com?
presently i am doing b.com 2nd year.i want to go in banking sector,so what should i pursue to get a job in bank directly?

You may go for MBA in finance or MCom. MBA in finance will lend you in decision making positions like Manager whereas MCom may lead you to Accountants/Treasurers roles.
For MBA in finance, best institutes are IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SPJain, MDI, JBIMS, IIFT etc
MBA in banking is also provided by Welingkar

first you have to complete your graduation
and second is bank itself announce entrance exam , give that exam you will get job there directly or else if you want to increase your knowledge and qualification then as per Anjani said do MBA with specialisation in banking and insurance

At present time a lot of job comes from banking sector so you prepare for banking entrance exam. Apart of ths you will join MBA with specialization in banking and insurance.
