Yes, you can definitely be part of the Indian Air Force through the National Defense Academy (NDA). The process to join the Air Force through NDA is:
1. You have to appear for an NDA exam, which is conducted by the UPSC twice a year.
2. Your age should not be more than 19 years old when applying for the NDA.
3. You should have completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. You can also apply while pursuing your 12th.
4. You will be sent to training at the National Defense Academy at Khadakwasla after getting shortlisted.

Appearing final year students are also eligible to apply. The entry through NDA is open for Flying Branch, Ground Duty (Technical) and Ground Duty (Non-Technical). All cadets of Flying branch and Ground duty (tech) would be offered B.Tech in NDA and cadets of Ground Duty (Non-tech) would be offered B.Sc. Degree.
