Ratna, if you have finally decided to go in the banking sector then one of the alternative options I suggest is that you appear for the Probationay Officer's exam of the banks. The Ivy league colleges providing MBA in finance are IIMs, XLRI, FMS etc. For the mid range, NIBM is the best option as it is completely focussed on banking industry.
