I want to go to Canada or other parts of USA for studies, with low tuition fee or a legal part-time job. How can I do it?

I did X from CBSE in 2007, diploma in ECE in 2010, distance B.Sc IT (lateral entry 2013). I've worked from 2014-18 (Rs. 7000-8000). So please help me or suggest me colleges with low fee structure. Please tell me which course or diploma I can do to get a job in USA or Canada.

If you want to get into a good college with scholarship, then you will have to beat SAT exam. If you want to get admission directly then you must have sufficient money to pay huge fee and also pass TOEFL or IELTS.
