Hi Ankit, RWTH Aachen, FU Berlin, HU Berlin, Chemnitz University of Technology (has a variety of specialisations) are the Universities that offer courses in IT/CS. The scope of the subject is good. If you could also appear for GRE adn target a score of 1300 it will be beneficial in admission. you
