Hi pcbehera, as per your query, I would say that Hindi Shikshan Parangat is affiliated by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt, of India. This course is equivalent to B.Ed.
The session for regular courses run by the Sansthan start in July, every year. The courses are:
