I want to introduce spirituality in the government sector. Will I get the authority and opportunity to teach it after becoming IAS?

I have chosen IAS because it will serve as a brand that people trust and if say it then people will pay attention to it. Can I do it with collaboration with the NGO I am already working in? I strongly think that world cannot become a better place without individual transformation.
