As u target is clear in ur question that u want to become automobile engineer then why to worry

You should prefer graduation from top engineering universities and institutes like IITs, JNTU Hyderabad, Andhra University, NIT (not all NITs, please note), BITS Pilani etc. alongwith this exceptional knowledge, communication skills also required.
