I want to join a decent university for my M.S in mechanical but the thing is my cgpa in B.tech is only 6.5 but i did my graduation from IT-BHU varanasi.Do i have any chance of getting some good university in us,uk or germany ( could my collg. name helps me in getting some good univ)

If you are targeting UK, you can apply to the University of London, Manchester University, and Aston University on the basis of your CGPA. However, if you want to pursue from a very good university in US, you will have to take the GRE and TOEFL and target a score above 1300 atleast in the GRE and 90
