If you apply now, you will be able to appear in Summer 2019 AMIE exams. Apply till January (first week), 2019. You can get all the information such as admission, syllabus, question papers etc. On this link: https://www.amiestudycircle.com. There is no last date. If you apply now, then admission procedure will take nearly 3 months and then you will get to sit in exam in May.
