Hello Indra,
Your intentions and dreams are indeed good. But it is not easy. Both these states have restricted admissions to only domiciles of their state. However, if you want to study in only either of these states then you have the option of doing your JEE Mains and Advanced and seek admission in

Oh no. Difficulty level is similar as that for say mechanical or Electrical Engineering. But unfortunately in India job prospects are rather limited. Hence, I request you to review.
