I want to join an NIT college in Kerala (Calicut University). Is there any chance to get a seat in CSE branch?
I scored 97 percentile and 23486 rank in JEE.

Getting CSE at NIT Calicut with 23486 rank in JEE Mains will be difficult. You can easily get information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering there. Very low chance to get CSE in NIT Calicut. You can get other branches like electronics, mechanical or civil. CSE is in very high demand and it needs good rank. Your rank is good but it is little more than the CSE cutoff.
