Hello! The biggest parameters to check the credentials of an institution are Rankings and placements. Yes, you are eligible to join in the same department, by writing TS ECET exam. You have to focus much on the subjects what you have. You have to work hard, and should maintain 75% of the aggregate. The campus placements will be less for the mechanical engineering in all colleges. You have to write the GATE exam or any other competitive exams for your future studies.

Hi Raja, You can take admission at JK Lakshmipat University. Diploma holders (3-year Polytechnic programme) from a recognised institute, with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible for lateral entry into the 2nd year of B.Tech, in any programme of engineering offered at JKLU.
