Both the university are very nice in terms of their B-Schools. LPU was ranked 36 while two three steps down was Amity in NIRF rankings 2018. For LPU the fee is relatively cheaper and the average salary of seniors be 4 LPA whereas in amity, fee is higher and the average salary of seniors be 5 LPA. I would suggest LPU over Amity, though you can still take a wiser decision based on the above fact. Source : NIRF (Government of India).

The programme provides valuable cultural insights and global learning, but the heavy financial commitment may not be feasible for all students.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
