I want to join Central University Law College in the 2nd-year, is it possible?
I'm a 1st-year BA LLB student studying at State University Law College.

Hi Ackery,
If you want to change your college under the same university then it's possible and you can directly go to the 2nd year. However, if you're changing your university then you will have to go through all the procedures just as a fresh student and study from the 1st year again.
