    Hi Naresh,
    If you are looking for Distance Education Engineering programme there are very few institutes providing such programmes as as, B.Tech is a degree which involves lot of practical work, moreover, advisable would be that you should go for a full time programme as it helps you in getting good job opportunities.
    However, few of the Universities which you may try for Correspondence or Part Time programme are: IGNOU, Annamalai University, Acharya Nagarjuna, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anna University, and University of Calicut etc.
