I want to join family business in paint,chemical,dyes and color manufacturing. Can u suggest me which diploma course i can do and frm where?

I had completed my B.Tech in electrical n electronics. But i haven't got good job. So i want to do business in paint,chemical,color and dyes manufacturing. So kindly suggest me diploma courses and colleges.
