I want to join good college for M.tech in computer engg. Nongate should be the criteria. so please suggest the same.

I am right now persuing BE from the college MBICT in New V. V. nagar, Gujarat, India. I have scored 5.39 marks in gate examination so there are no chances for admission in best college so i want to know the list who are admitting students on the basis of non gate examination conducted by them.
