I want to join ISRO as an astronomical physicist. I have got 63 marks in JEE Advanced and 94 marks in JEE Mains.
I have completed my class 12th.

It depends when you want to get into ISRO, after class 12th or after graduation. You need to be an aeronautical graduate though if you want to be astronomical Physicist. After class 12th, try your way hard to IIST https://www.iist.ac.in/admissions/undergraduate
Where after the graduation in aeronautical, ISRO directly recruiters scientists. Else, if not, do engineering from any of the engineering colleges, work hard, and then clear ISRO entrance exam followed by hard interview You though have a better edge, if you have done Ph.D's or have published research papers or patents etc. Best of luck. -
