If you want to make your career in the HR then start preparing for TISS exam, it's especially for HR studies only.

An MBA in HR graduate can work with industries including multinationals, corporates, banks and institutions. They can also serve as consultants and as trainers. Ample job opportunities exist in this field. Some of the job titles of this field are:

Staffing Director

MBA in HR as a major specialization should be clubbed with either Operations Management or Marketing Management.
The course is good and has a really good scope.
