We have IITs, IISC, BITS, NITs, Other deemed Universities, State Government owned colleges, University colleges, Private aided and unaided colleges offering MTech programmes all over India. Look for AICTE approved preferably accredited institutes. GATE score is required for merit seats.

All good large scale institutes conduct MTech courses. You have to do some research using google search. You will get leads & then pose question if doubts still persist.
