Yes, you can join NIFT in 2019 itself.
The entrance exam for Bachelor of Design includes 2 phases, first phase is CAT and GAT and second is Situation Test for which you need to clear the phase 1, For B. F. Tech there is only GAT but for this course you need to be a PCM student.
