I want to join Ph.D. What should I do?

Officially, no university will accept you without qualifying their entrance examinations or by interview. Unofficially, some mid-level universities can allow you to work with their faculty for some time. If they find you capable then too, you have to sit for the examination, but you are more or less guaranteed a Ph.D position. However, it is difficult to attain a scholarship in such cases. You should keep checking for project openings. Most of the time, when there is a project, only an interview is taken. If you can qualify that, you can do Ph.D.
